How to find us

By road from London

Take the A4, Cromwell Road, towards Heathrow. At the Talgarth Roundabout take the second exit onto A316 Burlington Lane towards Richmond. Exit the A316 towards Twickenham, and when you reach Twickenham turn left at the traffic lights onto London Road, passing Twickenham Station.

At the next set of traffic lights you'll see an HSBC Bank on your left and Barclays Bank straight in front of you: take the left turn here, into Water Lane. From Water Lane turn right onto The Embankment, which has pay & display parking, and a footbridge leading to Eel Pie Island.

Cross the footbridge and follow the main path until you reach big blue doors marked Eel Pie Slipways: enter the small door on the left, which leads into a working boatyard. Walk through the boatyard to Phoenix Wharf, on the left behind large white gates. Authentics is on the lower deck of the right hand building, in Unit 2: the 2nd to last office from the far end.

By road from M25

Take J12 off the M25, and join the M3, heading towards London. The M3 becomes the A316: at the 3rd roundabout on the A316, take the last exit, into Twickenham. At the traffic lights take the first exit up the hill, passing Twickenham Railway Station on your left. Carry straight on down the hill, through two sets of traffic lights, and continue straight on, passing Waitrose on your left.

At the next set of traffic lights you'll see an HSBC Bank on your left and Barclays Bank straight in front of you: turn left into Water Lane. From Water Lane turn right onto The Embankment: here you'll find pay & display parking, and the footbridge that leads to Eel Pie Island.

From Twickenham Railway Station, turn left, and walk straight down the hill through two sets of traffic lights, passing Waitrose on your left.

At the next set of traffic lights, where you'll see an HSBC Bank on your left and Barclays Bank straight in front of you, turn left into Water Lane. From Water Lane turn right onto The Embankment, and the footbridge leading to Eel Pie Island.

By London Underground

Take the District Line to Richmond, and then catch a bus (the 490, R70 or H22) just outside Richmond Station to Twickenham. Get off at Kings Road, walk down towards Barclays Bank, and take the first right turn into Water Lane, towards the river. At the river, turn right onto The Embankment: there you'll see the footbridge that leads to Eel Pie Island.
